Moving on
When Sophie was about 18 months old, we made a playhouse out of a box. As the weeks and months went on, we kept adding things -a puppet theater here, an art gallery there, a mailbox- and over the years she's played with it an incredible amount.
This summer she decided she's finally too big for it, so we renovated it to donate to her school. Last Friday, Sophie "delivered" her masterpiece to her teachers.
It's the end of an era for us (who knew a cardboard box would last three years!), but here's hoping lots more kiddos have many happy memories.

Another swim meet...
Halley (the com-mutt)
After a spelling change from Hailey to Halley (Joe really likes his comet/com-mutt joke), we have a new member of the family. We're so excited to have such a sweet girl.
*Bad camera phone photos, ugh.
