USAD Nationals in Atlanta
She's spent the last two days working out in a pool built for Olympians. Practice time is over. Tomorrow morning is day one, event one of competition for this kid at USA Diving Junior National Championships in Atlanta. I'm so excited for this girl. She's worked so hard for this. #GoFishieGo
Florida Gulf Coast Championships
Sophia competed platform in her last meet before Nationals. She had three personal bests and her overall score was a PR by more than 10 points! She just keeps chugging along...
After her event, Sophia wanted to jump off the highest two platforms. The 7.5m was no biggie:
